Shipping Policy

Processing Time

 
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
 
If we cannot fulfill your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you of the delay, provide an updated shipping timeline, and you may choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund in accordance with U.S. FTC shipping rules.
 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 
We currently offer shipping to the United States only, including all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
 
  1. Standard Shipping (Including Free Shipping)
     
    Delivery Time: 10–13 business days
     
    Available for all orders. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $49.99.
     
  2. Expedited Shipping (UPS)
     
    Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
     
    Available as an optional upgrade at checkout.

  • Shipping times are estimated only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • All orders are shipped from an international warehouse.
  • Following the U.S. import regulation changes, all incoming shipments are subject to duties and taxes regardless of order value.
  • This shipment is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or import charges that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse and are in carrier possession.
 

Tracking Information

 
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier system.
